Motivated by developing new materials for energy conversion, Juanita’s research focuses on understanding structure-property relationships in perovskite-type materials by synchrotron-based characterization techniques. Currently, she is interested in exploring electrochemical materials and interface systems relevant to sustainable energy, such as perovskite oxides for fuel cells.
