Sammy’s research focuses on the design, fabrication, measurement, analysis, and integration of electrochemical random-access memory (ECRAM). In particular, he aims to enhance the energy efficiency and computing speed of ECRAM by investigating ion intercalation and charge redistribution in nanomaterials.
